Owned intellectual property
The platforms are designed, built and held centrally. Each venture operates on technology Maurice Holdings created, rather than assembling the same foundations again from scratch.
Wyoming limited liability company
Maurice Holdings develops and owns the software and intellectual property behind a portfolio of independent ventures. The work is concentrated on two problems — secure communication and organisational alignment. Helping organisations say things safely, and stay pointed the same way.
01 — Approach
The platforms are designed, built and held centrally. Each venture operates on technology Maurice Holdings created, rather than assembling the same foundations again from scratch.
Confidentiality is settled in the design, not bolted on afterwards. Our messaging platform is end-to-end encrypted; our diligence tooling is walled off per party at the database, not in the interface.
Every product is built against a live operating need and shipped to people who depend on it. Nothing here is a demonstration waiting for a customer.
02 — Portfolio
Four platforms in active development and use, across secure messaging, institutional diligence, energy infrastructure and decision governance.
Two applications on one principle: a company's conversations belong to the company, and a platform should never hold what it does not need. One is the encrypted messaging product organisations run their day on. The other is a live experiment in conversations that deliberately end.
End-to-end encrypted messaging for companies and organisations. Only the people in a conversation can read it — the platform carries the message without being able to open it, and holds no copy it could later be compelled to produce. Direct and group conversations, file and photo sharing, and contacts added by email address rather than by surrendering an address book.
For organisations where the contents of a conversation are the organisation's own business and nobody else's.
A live experiment in time-limited communication. Calls and conversations that expire by design, on the argument that a conversation with an end forces a decision, and one that runs indefinitely mostly produces more conversation.
Deliberately narrow, running in public, and shaping what the wider platform eventually keeps.
Virtual datarooms for institutional diligence
A self-hosted virtual dataroom platform built for pre-IPO diligence and acquisition processes. One application runs many separately walled-off datarooms, with per-party access enforced at the database and full visibility of what each party has seen. Built for processes where showing the wrong document to the wrong counterparty is not an inconvenience but a material event.
Digital platform for Ukraine's energy reconstruction
PowerKyiv develops and consolidates modern, dispatchable power across Ukraine, building a transparent and bankable platform for the country's energy reconstruction. Maurice Holdings builds and operates the digital infrastructure behind it — the investor, document and operational systems the venture runs on.
Decision governance for founders, partners and boards
A decision ledger for the small group of people who actually decide. Where a founding team, a partnership or an investment committee commits to something economically material, Blackstart records the decision as a durable entry — what was proposed, what was known at the time, who was consulted, what was agreed, and on what conditions. Six months later the reasoning is still there, rather than distributed across three inboxes and one person's memory.
Around the ledger sit the systems that keep the supporting material in order: documents routed to the decision they belong to, workflows that carry a matter through review, objection and approval, and folder structures maintained automatically instead of by whoever last volunteered. The administrative work of governance is handled by the software, so the partners spend their attention on the judgement rather than the filing.

03 — Company
Maurice Holdings LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming. It develops software platforms and holds the intellectual property its ventures operate on, so each venture can concentrate on its own market rather than on rebuilding the same foundations.
The products share one thesis: that most organisational failure is a communication failure, and that the tools people use every day quietly decide how well a group stays aligned. We build for the parts of that problem where confidentiality, auditability and speed all have to hold at once.
